Great job adding a surge protector and sub panel to my main board. The estimate took about a week longer to receive than expected, but the work was timely and top notch. ESA approved.

Quoted 3 hrs and the job was done in 3 hours, a rarity these days. Mike was a nice guy worked fast and was very tidy and helpful. Disconnected generac panel and rerouted wires back into panel and pulled wire from outside. Definitely recommend GEM to anyone

We were having some issues with surging power. Gem came out on a Saturday which was on the day I called. They took their time and found And repaired the problem. High quality workmenship curtious and professional. Thanks After the surge issue was dealt with the electrician noticed that we needed to upgrade our panel and service Gem contacted us and we discussed options. They took care of everything the new panel and higher amperage to the house was done and everything was neat and inspected in approximately 4 hours they will be my first call in the future.

Had GEM come and do an assessment of the electrical panel and service in my home. They made recommendations and answered all my questions. I had plugs changed and a couple upgraded. They also installed a ceiling light/fan. The work was excellent, timely and thorough. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their services.

We needed some emergency repairs after a storm blew through and pulled our meter box and service stack off the house. GEM was very responsive and quick to arrive and take care of business. Kayla was super friendly and took extra time to explain the process and what to expect with the service call. The owner even came by to check on things. Very happy with the work and timely repairs. Thanks!

Great communication. Kayla was a GEM to work with from the get go. She set me up to have our aluminum wiring to copper pigtails done quickly. Michael and Dylan did great work!! They cleaned up well, and were considerate when moving things around. They were great with my pet who is usually highly stressed around people!! Very kind guys! Overall a fantastic experience and will be sticking with them for any future electrical work.

Very professional and high quality work, performed on multiple occasions. Knowledgeable and friendly, and complete the job in a timely way. I very highly recommend their services. Most recently, Michael demonstrated this standard and was able to resolve all electrical issues in the laundry room quickly, including relocating the dryer outlet. He went above and beyond to find the best solution available. On the prior visit, electricians, Chris and Jesse, showed the same level of care. Staff are always responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend GEM Electrical Services.
